Shamanic Coaching

Working from connection

Shamanic Coaching

For several years, I have immersed myself in shamanism — through personal coaching, group programmes, and formal training. For me, shamanism means living and working from a place of connection: with yourself, with others, and with the natural rhythms and patterns around you. It aligns seamlessly with my work as a programme facilitator, as it touches on themes like natural leadership, your inner compass, and taking responsibility for the impact you create.

What Shamanism Can Mean for You

Shamanism adds another layer beneath your daily work. It invites you to look not only at behaviour and structures, but also at energy, underlying patterns, and the deeper stories people carry with them. It encourages you to slow down, listen to your inner wisdom and the signals from your environment, and from that awareness, make choices that align with who you are at your core.

What Does a Shamanic Coaching Programme Involve?

For Those Seeking Deeper Insight

A shamanic coaching programme is designed for professionals and leaders who sense that purely rational coaching is no longer enough — and who wish to gain deeper understanding of meaning, soul, and life direction.

Working with Head, Heart, and Intuition

In this programme, I combine dialogue, silence, visualisation, and simple rituals to help you reconnect with your inner compass, release old patterns, and create space for new choices in both work and life.

Practical and Connected to Nature

Our work is deeply practical, using the rhythm and symbolism of nature as an additional gateway to insight, reflection, and movement.

Nature as a Mirror

A session may take the form of a walk in which a specific question or theme is explored. What you encounter along the way — paths, crossroads, obstacles, silence, animals, or weather — is not interpreted in a mystical way, but used as a mirror for where you are right now and the choices that are open to you.
