Multi day Team Development Programme (MT & Key Teams)
Inner Compass Dynamics offers multi‑day team development programmes for teams that want to strengthen trust, psychological safety, and a shared results orientation — often within a context of change. In these programmes, we connect team dynamics, self‑leadership, and professional identity, enabling teams to collaborate more effectively and to lead themselves and the organisation with greater awareness.
Goal and Results
This programme helps teams grow from a group of individuals into One Team – One Mission, with a clear shared purpose and a concrete team code that serves as a compass for daily behaviour. Results include stronger mutual trust, open communication, better use of each person’s strengths, sharper decision‑making in complex environments, and improved business outcomes.
How We Work
Our interactive, hands‑on approach combines short theoretical inputs with practical discussions, exercises, and team‑specific cases. Each participant sets personal goals and translates insights into an action plan that leads to measurable impact.
Programme Setup
Most multi‑day programmes include two consecutive days with optional follow‑up sessions. We balance reflection, theory, and experience — always tied to your team’s daily practice and strategic priorities.
Key Topics
Helping leaders take conscious control of their energy, choices, and behaviour. Participants explore what drives them, how to set boundaries, deal with stress, and take ownership of their contribution to the team.
Building trust and a culture where everything can be addressed — from mistakes to ambitions. Teams learn how psychological safety fosters honest dialogue, constructive conflict, and lasting collaboration
Together, the team formulates a team code: specific behaviours that members can hold each other accountable for. This begins with making the shared purpose and direction explicit — one team, one mission — so everyone understands what the team stands for and which choices align with that commitment. It goes beyond fine words: teams actively practise giving feedback, following up, and keeping one another accountable. They also work on themes such as clarity, priorities, role distribution, and decision making criteria, enabling faster, more effective decisions with stronger buy in and collective results.
Teams reflect on how they handle reorganisation, growth, top down pressure, and conflicting interests. They examine their own pitfalls — such as procrastination, having too many priorities, micromanagement, or black and white thinking — and translate these insights into new, concrete working agreements and routines that strengthen performance and resilience.
